Lighthouses > Churches – Sore, MIT, Trap. What?

The Butthurt is Strong…
Holy crap…Every article that Google sent me in my news alerts on religious topics is a bunch of butthurt bishops, pedantic priests, & vitriolic vicars

Even with all of that religious support for Romney, wasn’t it nice to see him get smacked down? Better than that, for marriage equality to get approved and the Minnesota state constitutional amendment get smacked down as well?

I’ve said it to my friends and I’m saying it to all of you…  We are a major political force against the people who want to take away rights and oppress ideas and people.  If you have been a part of politics in your area or become an activist for equality already, great.  If you are not, now is a great time to start.  Find a group that you support and visit them.  They will not turn down your help.  Perhaps you might only start by answering phone calls or stuffing letters into envelopes.  Those letters won’t stuff themselves.

Do you have experience with a PR firm or related fields?  If these groups did not have a stigma placed on them by Ma and Pa America, there wouldn’t be a need to organize and spread the word.  Please make the time to be a part of the solution.

M.I.T. FTW
Know what I find sexy? 1) Eyes, 2) Brain, 3) Every device that MIT creates… In this case, a tiny chip that – in time – could be implanted inside the ear, next to the cochlea. The chip will be able to transmit data collected from around the ear, power attached devices, help with balance impairments, measure responses to therapies, and maybe even deliver those therapies. Coolest thing about it? There is no battery. Just a tiny capacitor that will harness what is essentially tiny ion generating power plant inside our ears. No wires outside the body to recharge or constantly power the devices. Completely hidden and constantly powered. Tell me that ain’t cool.

Chip is under half the area of a penny

Just a Thought
There is a Catholic youth conference about to be held in the Middle East. I’ve got one thing to say:
It's a trap
